Do you ever get those big black ugly ants? When we had all that rain they suddenly decided my kitchen was their home. Yeah, not such a great idea. I read somewhere about mixing Borax (I use this in my laundry soap. It is in most grocery stores) and honey together and putting it out for them so I tried it.
I put it on a little piece of foil (I suggest away from where kids and pets can get it). Then we sat back and watched. They were on it in minutes. Within 30 minutes those little creepy crawlies were fighting over it (there were about 10). By the next morning they were gone and haven’t been back.
Now let’s see if it works for the little ones too.
