It was a HUGE hit and very similar to gourmet mac and cheese.  If we had meat, it
would have been ground beef or pork mixed in to the pasta – $4, so dinner could have been w/ meat for under $6. A big plus is that the stove was only on long enough to cook the pasta and including boiling water it took me under 30 minutes, including picking the tomatoes. I feel so successful and I didn’t even know what dinner was until 3 PM.
