Last week I told you I was going to a Walmart Grand Opening and hoped I would get some frugal inspiration. Well, I went, I saw, I got inspired. I also happen to have gotten frugally beach ready, or shore ready for us Mid-Atlantic East Coasters, for the summer I still am waiting for. Now that I am ready for beach days the rain can let off a little bit and give us ‘sand and sunshine’ weather.
