Here is my “work in progress” 30 day menu. As I said HERE I am trying to use up my stockpile before a move. This menu plan is a HUGE work in progress and will have veggies and meats added as I find things on sale. With what I have listed so far my stockpile will be almost completely gone within the month!! Scary and fun to start fresh all at the same time. I will add as I go and check off as I use the meals. They won’t be done in any sort of order. Just whatever I feel like making or what’s on sale to complement.

Meal 1 – lentils in tomatoes and chicken broth

Meal 2 – ramen noodle stirfry

Meal 3 – curried couscous and broccoli – 6/11

Meal 4 –  exotic rice

Meal 5 – macaroni grille chicken piccata/creamy basil combined

Meal 6 –

Meal 7 –  curried lentils

Meal 8 – exotic and white/brown rice with garbanzo beans and tomatoes

Meal 9 – (chicken) soup with hominy, green beans, chicken broth

Meal 10 – pasta with white sauce

Meal 11 – egg noodles with venison and mushrooms

Meal 12 – pasta with pesto

Meal 13 – pasta with red sauce

Meal 14 – pasta with veggies and light sauce

Meal 15 – chicken enchiladas – enchilada sauce, green chiles

Meal 16 – spin on hamburger helper crunchy taco (2)

Meal 17 – venison cheese steaks

Meal 18 – tortilla pollo soup/cornbread casserole

Meal 19 – cous cous with a mexican twist (rotel)

Meal 20 – couscous with onion mushroom soup mix

Meal 21 – beef and cabbage

Meal 22 – vegetable and rice stirfry

Meal 23 – vegetable noodle soup with pork broth base

Meal 24 – matzo ball soup

Meal 25 – Betty Crocker potatoes, burger and peas casserole
