My family is starving this week. Actually they aren’t. We are eating 3 meals a day. I just didn’t have the energy or time prioritized to make a menu this week. That is never a good thing but it is what it is. We will survive….hopefully not $$ poorer for it.
Last night my husband made dinner-
cubed chicken in the Actifry – easy and quick
pasta with white sauce
shrimp in the Actifry after chicken was cooked – my 6 year old LOVES
shrimp and apparently the rest of the kids do now too.
Tonight – meatloaf, mashed potatoes and peas – none of us can wait. It has been awhile since we had this favorite dinner!
Tomorrow – vegetable soup in the crock pot – I will throw in the leftover chicken too I guess and try yet another cornbread recipe in my quest for the PERFECT one.
