Better late than never? Here goes my menu planning for the month of MAY. Only half way through and I have done horrible at getting dinner on the table so today I am planning for next week.  This way when I grocery shop Thursday/Friday I will have it all together. Right? Right!! Maybe posting it early will help give you a little inspiration too.

First thing I always do though is go to my handy dandy eMeals account. $58 for a year is totally worth it! I can choose the style meals I want, emeals gives me a meal plan complete with recipes and my grocery list. Ba-Da-Bing, Ba-Da-Boom.  Of course I have my own ideas too so I mix and match or if the week is busy just use their guide straight up.  This month I have been in the mood for gourmet without the restaurant $ signs so I chose their simple gourmet meal plan. Next month it will be crock pot meals or something else….maybe vegetarian for a change.
