Monday -Beef and rice and roasted brussel sprouts missed beef! We were finally able to order more grass fed beef! I will also make a batch of Easy Rice for later.

Tuesday – vegetable stir fry with rice noodles

Wednesday -Crock Pot Pork and Rice – I love putting my dinner in the Crock pot Tuesday night and then popping it in the fridge Wednesday morning to heat up after work. Plus I take a meal to someone on Wednesday mornings so this is a pattern that works really well for me.

Thursday – chicken, roasted potatoes and salad

Friday – I have no idea
