This week I am only posting a dinner menu. Breakfast is pretty easy any way – eggs and bacon/oatmeal and fruit/granola/oatmeal and fruit/food. Lunches are still up for debate but no worries, I will feed my children.

Monday –  We skipped brats last week so tomorrow it is – Brats, rice, and broccoli

Tuesday – balsamic or jamaican jerk chicken (grilled), red potatoes and asparagus plus dessert

Wednesday – vegetable/french onion soup and cornbread

Thursday – “whatever gets dumped in stirfry” – probably will use the 2 pork chops in my freezer and rice noodles as a base

Friday –  homemade pasta – I hope the new pasta maker I ordered is here so I can try it out

Saturday – leftovers or soup
