- 5 cups milk of choice*
- 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mango
- 2 scoops protein powder
- Add milk to blender.
- Add protein powder and blend.
- Add fruit and blend until smooth.
- Add more milk to reach desired consistency if thicker than you like. We like ours nice and thick.
- If super thick, be careful when pouring as it tends to plop out of the blender pitcher.
*4 cups if using fresh fruit
