Strawberry Mango Protein Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 5 cups milk of choice*
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango
  • 2 scoops protein powder

Instructions

  1. Add milk to blender.
  2. Add protein powder and blend.
  3. Add fruit and blend until smooth.
  4. Add more milk to reach desired consistency if thicker than you like. We like ours nice and thick.
  5. If super thick, be careful when pouring as it tends to plop out of the blender pitcher.

*4 cups if using fresh fruit
