There’s just something about a Christmas stocking that doesn’t get old. Maybe it’s the nostalgic memory of childhood when you just couldn’t wait to find out what was making the stocking bulge while still being light enough to dangle from the nail or stocking holder, hung so high. Maybe it was that feeling of knowing that big round bulge near the bottom was an orange, but wondering what other fun little trinkets were inside.
Even as an adult I love the Christmas morning delight of emptying the stockings. As a baker I went searching for some great stocking stuffer gift ideas that I believe any baker would love to find in their stocking.
10 Stocking Stuffer Gift Ideas for the Baker
Reusable Silicone Baking Cups – I use these all the time and need to grab another dozen.
Silicone Baking Mat – I have this and LOVE it. Perfect for making biscotti too.
OXO Mini Measurer Beaker Set – I use these often too. Perfect for measuring small amounts of liquid for drinks and cooking.
Angled Icing Spatula – I keep meaning to buy one of these. Adding it to my cart NOW so I don’t forget again.
OXO Good Grips Balloon Whisk – I use this all the time. I also found it’s worth it to pay a little extra for a GOOD whisk.
I use these for so many things and none of them icing – oils, sauces, etc.
A good Microplane/zester is a must for every kitchen. The original Microplane brand is still my favorite.
Wooden Reamer – I have had several types of juicers and reamers. THIS is my favorite. How did my children lose it? I’m not sure. Perhaps the garbage disposal ate it? Just bought a new one. I’ve had this brand and another. This one wins.
Silicone Spatulas – I have several in a similar design but I can’t find them anywhere. I use these multiple times a day.
Chicago Old Town Vanilla Sugar – my favorite spice blend from my favorite spice store.
