Sweet and Spicy Sriracha Popcorn Balls

Ingredients

  • 9 cups Popcorn Indiana Sriracha Popcorn
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Put corn syrup, sugar, water, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, to 255 degrees.
  3. Put popcorn in a bowl.
  4. Pour candy mixture over it and still in well.
  5. Let cool until you can handle, grease hands or wear gloves, and shape into 2-3 inch balls.
  6. Set on wax paper or parchment paper.
