Quick Easy Recipe: Tuna Cherry Avocado Wrap - Real: The Kitchen and Beyond

I am always on the lookout for quick easy recipes to make lunch time tastier and healthier. One of  my favorite lunches is tuna salad but I get tired of the same tuna every time and wanted to find a mayo substitute.

Avocado is one of my new favorite meal sides. It is rich, creamy, and healthy plus it pairs really nicely with tuna fish and adds a nice light flavor to this wrap.

I added a little dried sweet cherry for flavor and a dash of freshly ground black pepper to finish it off. This is a healthier lunchtime splurge for any busy mom. I like to pair half a wrap with fresh veggie sticks and fruit for a lunch that I feel good about and gives me fuel for the rest of my day. Plus this quick easy recipe can be whipped up in under 5 minutes. How’s that for a winner?
