Basketball season is over so we have a a little less going on in our week. This week we also have spring break so that is helpful. However, I have plenty of deadlines looming so we are keeping the meal plan as quick and easy as possible.
Day 1: Homemade mini pizzas, fresh veggies ( We have frozen crust)
Day 2: Homemade pasta, meatballs, and steamed broccoli (premake pasta and freeze it for the best pasta any day)
Day 3: Chili Cornbread Casserole
Day 4: Steak and Orange Salad with baked potatoes
Day 5: Mushroom Vegetable Tacos loaded with fresh veggies
Day 6: Buffalo Salmon, rice, and salad or asparagus
Day 7: Grilled Cheese and Sausage, Potato, and Kale Soup
