It’s another week of quick easy meal planning. Let me give you the secret to my kids’ favorite quick easy meal. They L-O-V-E when I announce breakfast for dinner. Pancakes or waffles are their favorite and I can say that homemade pancakes take less time than waffles.
This Electric Griddle is indispensable when it comes time to get breakfast or breakfast for dinner on the table. I have it and L-O-V-E it as much as the kids love breakfast for dinner.
Quick Easy Meal Plan 4
Day 1: Mashed Potato Hamburger Stacks and Salad (Faith Filled Food for Moms)
- Using regular potatoes
Day 2: Chicken Cheddar Ziti and green beans
- Using a freezer meal from Easy Meal Plan Week 1.
Day 3: London Broil, baked potatoes, and steamed broccoli
Day 4: Pan fried chicken thighs with this easy homemade mushroom soup over Easy Rice, side salad
Day 5: Beef Tacos and veggie sticks
Day 6: Quinoa Burrito Bowl over lettuce (because it’s so easy)
Day 7: Homemade french toast sticks, sausage, and veggie sticks {Recipe coming soon}

Not in the mood for one of your planned meals? Move it to next week. Makes planning the next week that much easier.
I am also going back to my salad in a jar to make lunchtime quick and easy. I’ve skipped lunch too many times this week.
