  1. Slice potatoes and onions into thin rounds.
  2. Cut sausage into 1/4 inch pieces.
  3. Heat pan with 1 tablespoon oil.
  4. Place potatoes, sausage, and onions in the pan and fry, with a lid over them, until potatoes are soft.
  5. Stir often as potatoes and onions will stick to the bottom of the pan. You may need to add a little more oil at this point.
  6. When potatoes are just soft, take lid off, add peas and salt, and continue cooking until peas are heated through.
