I really have no idea what to call it. I made a pot of double strength coffee a few days ago and stuck it in the fridge for iced coffee. Somehow I never got around to making ice (yeah, not all refrigerators make ice). I have been heating up half milk, half coffee and it tastes pretty much like a latte. So today I mixed –
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cold double strength coffee
1 tablespoon cream
1 heaping tablespoon caramel (Like the thick caramel topping, not Hershey’s)
YUM!!! Kind of a cold caramel latte I guess?
Oh yeah, for those who know the coffee matters, I used Decaf Cafre Verona, a bolder coffee.
