Thank goodness it’s leap year. I’ll actually get my monthly meal plan posted on time. Let’s face it, that’s only because I have February 29th to do so. I love monthly meal planning because it’s a “one shot and done” kind of thing. Plus I can plan ahead and buy things when they are on sale, which means I stretch the budget farther, waste less, and have less stress every week.
Breakfast Meal Plan
Baked Oatmeal – Zucchini Chocolate, Allergy Friendly Applesauce, Pumpkin Pie, and Cranberry Clementine (thanks to my freezer stash of cranberries)
