Lehigh Valley Milk offered me the chance to enter to win a “Most Dunkable Cookie” contest. I would be crazy to say no to that opportunity, especially considering they generously gave me a $25 WalMart gift card to buy my ingredients and Lehigh Valley Milk. Sign me up!! This was a tough decision for me. What cookie does one choose? I could have chosen America’s favorite chocolate chip cookie but I have been experimenting and the best results I have gotten involve raw sugar, molasses, AND honey. Talk about complicated! I decided to go with a cookie I have gotten rave reviews for and that dunks without falling apart and leaving millions of crumbs in your glass. Soggy crumbs irritate me. Molasses Cookies won today and even better they are eggless, perfect for someone with an egg allergy or that person who likes to eat raw cookie dough but is scared of salmonella (ME!!!).
