Bite Sized Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream Sandwiches

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375.
- Mix ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Drop by rounded spoonful on cookie tray.
- Press down gently with a fork.
- Bake 7-9 minutes.
- Make 54 1 inch cookies.
