Butternut Squash Soup {Gluten-free, Dairy-free} ~ I love this soup. I will make a batch just to have for my lunches for the week. Simple ingredients but so rich and creamy.

 

Bread

Pumpkin Cornbread – a deliciously moist cornbread that pairs well with a hearty soup or stew. It also can play double duty as a breakfast muffin. Warmed and served with a latte it’s the perfect fall morning treat.

Old Fashioned Biscuits ~ Simple, easy, flaky. For a twist mix in 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar and 1 teaspoon dried parsley for your very own cheddar biscuits.

 

Breakfast

Zucchini Baked Oatmeal ~ Does your summer abundance overflow your freezer? This baked oatmeal with a hint of chocolate is  a warm breakfast to start your day off right. Add a splash of cream for the finishing touch.

Clementine Cranberry Oatmeal ~ This is my favorite baked oatmeal. The citrus tones with my favorite cranberries makes a beautiful breakfast that makes me anticipate the flavors of Thanksgiving.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Crepes ~ What’s better than crepes? Pumpkin crepes. I need to make these again stat and add a picture. These pumpkin crepes are decadence on the breakfast plate and the cream cheese filling is the perfect finish.

Dessert

Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Cream Cheese Whoopie Pies ~ chocolate, pumpkin, need I say more? Great for a fall treat or party.

The Amazing Carrot Cake Cupcake ~ moist, decadent, rich and packed with carrots and pineapples, this nut-free dessert is a perfect bite for company or to hide in the corner and lick every last crumb off your fingers. I dare you not to love this one.

Egg-Free Molasses Cookies ~ I can’t just eat one and sometimes 2 or 3. My favorite cookie EVER, the molasses in these is the finishing touch. You can even eat the dough!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins ~ Forget that coffee chop muffin and make it yourself. I love these muffins and make a double batch so I have some in the freezer for quick and easy de-frosting.

 

Drinks

 Hot Cocoa ~ rich chocolatey decadence. All I can think of is cold snowy nights with the wind blowing outside while I am curled up under my cozy blanket, reading a good book and sipping hot cocoa finished off with a dollop of homemade whipped cream. Today I’m having it with a scoop of cinnamon ice cream. Oh the luxury.

Chai ~ In a hurry chai, this recipe works in a pinch. Soon I will share my from scratch, fresh ginger and all spices nice recipe.
