Vacation is over and it is time to get back to the real world of juggling school, work, kids, and meal making.
A week never flew by so fast. This week I am planning our breakfasts, lunches, and dinners to keep me on track and focused. It will also help me avoid that “What’s for breakfast/lunch/dinner?” since I’m posting it in the kitchen. Oh, and we are away on Sunday so no meal plan for me, but I will add them for ideas for you.
Breakfast Meal Plan
- Oatmeal with fruit on top
- Homemade granola
- Scrambled eggs loaded with veggies and cheese
- Parfaits with fruit and homemade granola
- Black Bean and Egg Quesadillas
- Homemade granola
- Pancakes, Bacon, and Fruit Salad
Lunch Meal Plan
- Cheeseburger Macaroni (A Grande Life), baby carrots
- PB & J Sandwiches, baby carrots, fruit
- Pita Pizza Melts, celery with peanut butter, apple slices
- Salad with beans and quinoa
- Sunflower Seed Butter & Jelly Sandwiches, baby carrots, fruit
- Tuna Cherry Avocado Wraps, green pepper slices
Dinner Meal Plan
- Quinoa Burrito Bowl and salad
- Cheesy Chicken, Broccoli, and Rice (Faith Filled Food For Moms) – heavy on the broccoli
- Chicken Pot Pies (adapted from Chicken Pot Pie Puffs by It is a Keeper)
- Meatballs with mashed potatoes (Written Reality) and honey glazed carrots
- Chicken and Veggie Spicy Peanut Sauté (A Life in Balance) over rice
- Parmesan Shrimp Scampi with Linguine (NEPA Mom) and broccoli
- Homemade Pizza
