I feel like I got a leg up on meal planning this week. I hosted a girls’ night out where we meal prepped several meals for the week.
I feel good going into this week, and good thing since I will be going away for 4 days while my husband holds down house and kids. He’s likely more capable than me (sad, though true) but I would like to make things a little easier and have some meals ready to go for him. While our prepped meals reheat at the beginning of the week I will assemble a few easy meals for the end of the week.
Speaking of being gone. Later this week I am headed to Fresh Summit with Kitchen PLAY as part of #TeamFreshSummit. Make sure you watch all my social media channels for the scoop on the produce world. I’ll be discovering what’s new, what’s trending, and produce innovations. Can’t wait!
