I didn’t do much meal planning since we have been on the road for 2 weeks out of this month. As a result this month is a little low on meals and a little late on time. I know that the key to surviving post-vacation with catching up on school and getting back to the home and work routines is having a meal plan, so instead of catching sleep I’m planning meals.
September Menu Plan
BBQ, jalapeño cornbread, and Spicy Carrot Salad
Roast Chicken with squash, apples, onions and I am adding lentils
Recipe from Dumplings All Day Wong, rice, veggies
Roast Beef and Gravy over mashed potatoes
Lasagna – spinach and sausage
BLTs and salad
Tuna Steaks w/ jalapeno lime aoli with salad and rice
Special Lunch Feature
Jarlsberg Turkey Apple Melts w/ fresh veggies and fruit slices
Prepping Freezer Meals
~ Vegetarian Chili
~ Rice and Broccoli Bake
