I love Starbucks Iced Caramel Macchiattos. I love Dunkin Donuts Iced Mocha Raspberry Lattes. My budget loves neither. It’s that time of year when decadent iced coffee and espresso drinks call my name. They haunt my dreams. Okay, getting a little melodramatic here. You get the point right? Addicting and expensive.
I have 2 recipes that are pretty darn close to the above mentioned drinks and can be made using a Keurig, coffee pot, or espresso maker.
Iced Caramel Macchiato Wanna-be
4 oz. strong coffee or espresso – I use a dark roast coffee or iced coffee cup for Keurig Vue and brew it on strong.
1 cup milk – whole is really best
Ice – add to milk to fill 16 oz. cup about 2/3 full
Caramel syrup – I prefer Mrs. Richardson’s Caramel Topping
16 oz. cup
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
Brew coffee and dissolve caramel into coffee.
Fill glass with ice, milk, and vanilla.
Pour coffee/espresso over and enjoy.
Iced Mocha Raspberry Latte
6 oz. strong coffee or espresso – I use a strong coffee cup for Keurig Vue and brew it on strong.
3/4 cup milk – whole is really best
Ice – add to milk to fill 16 oz. cup about 2/3 full
16 oz. cup
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1/2-1 teaspoon raspberry agave – depends how sweet you like it
Brew coffee and dissolve chocolate syrup into coffee.
Fill glass with ice, milk, and raspberry agave syrup.
Pour coffee/espresso over and enjoy.
Non-Coffee Drinkers
Pineapple Mint Refresher
Hard Strawberry Lemonade
Blackberry Melon Lemonade
Watermelon Refreshers/Slushies

I have to confess that they are addicting. They are my new “morning coffee”.
I love lattes, these sound really good!
Thanks for adding the non-coffee drinks. The Watermelon Refreshers/Slushes sound like a drink that I’d enjoy.
You are welcome. The watermelon refreshers are so good. I was going to make them today then I remembered my blender isn’t working. Boohoo!
That looks really good! I’m going to show my husband – he loves thise. Thanks!
We love the latte style drinks, but don’t like paying the coffee house prices. I am so glad I found your recipes!
Oh my gosh, I SO need to try these!
Such great ideas! I’m feeling like a fool as I sit here at Starbucks sipping my ridiculously priced frappuchino. ๐
Don’t. I still buy my over priced drinks sometimes.
Wow look at this, I am in coffee heaven. It is great to have so many different choices! Thanks
I wish I was a coffee person, but my Hubs will love it when I make this for him!

Mmm, these sound so good! I’m a big coffee drinker, and it gets harder in the summer because it’s so hot. Delicious iced coffee creations are the perfect solution ๐
Agreed!
These sound great for the hot summer days we’ve been having. One Iced Mocha Raspberry Latte coming up!
I hope it does the trick for you!
Sounds delicious! Love fabulous and frugal.
mmmm….sounds so good!!
Love these Heather! I often long for afternoon pick me up that’s refreshing. It occurred to me after reading your post that we have Keurig brewers and an ice maker in the office– getting jug of milk, caramel, and straws. Saving Kahlua add in for home!
My favorite coffee to use is Dark Magic, Donut Shop, or iced coffee cups.
I am really loving these recipes!
Thank you. Me too. My waistline? Not so much!
Thanks for sharing the ingredients here. I don’t get those drinks often as they are expensive.
Love that you shared some non-coffee drinks as well! My hubs would love to try the iced coffee, but that Blackberry Melon Lemonade is calling my name!
Oooh, the Blackberry Melon Lemonade is one of my favorite “signature” drinks. Well, it’s GOING to be. I made it up for the progressive dinner party and fell in love with it. Thanks for stopping by. ๐
I love coffee, AND saving money, so these ideas are great! ๐
Sounds delicious!
