Grapes are a staple in our house because they are an healthy easy kid friendly snack. Today I am sharing a tasty honey vanilla yogurt dip that changes up your grape snacking, but keeps it simple and fairly healthy.

Did you know that a 3/4 cup serving of grapes has only 90 calories? Grapes make a perfect addition to lunches, snacks, and meal time, adding flavor and nutrition to any dish.
Good thing my kids love them, and good thing grapes from California are in season because we love to buy USA grown, and in-season grapes seem to taste so much sweeter.
Choosing the grapes is not my favorite part of grocery shopping, because there’s always a BIG decision to be made – red, black, or green? We’ve gotten to the point that the kids need to take turns choosing because you know they each choose a different color just to be difficult. And since they never choose the black grapes I squeeze in a turn here and there too.
We love eating grapes by themselves, but sometimes it is nice to change it up a bit. This honey peanut butter dip is yummy but since I’m making this for our homeschool co-op and there are kids with severe peanut allergies there, I’m whipping up a yummy and easy yogurt dip that pairs perfectly with grapes to take with us. Also, if we are eating this snack at home I put the grapes on skewers for easy dipping. When we are on the go, I include forks for dipping them. Otherwise, totally messy.
