Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Roll meat into 1 inch balls. Makes 12-14.
  3. Flatten each ball.
  4. Place a cube of Jarlsberg in the center.
  5. Seal meat around cheese, into a ball.
  6. Place on a cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 15 minutes.
  8. Pour mushroom soup over top of meatballs.
