Jarlsberg Mushroom Meatballs

- Preheat oven to 400.
- Roll meat into 1 inch balls. Makes 12-14.
- Flatten each ball.
- Place a cube of Jarlsberg in the center.
- Seal meat around cheese, into a ball.
- Place on a cookie sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes.
- Pour mushroom soup over top of meatballs.
