Easy garlic-free chicken sausage recipe that is also gluten-free and allergy friendly, made using simple ingredients you already have.

Chicken Sausage Recipe 1

Allergies and food intolerances can feel overwhelming when you are trying to cook for yourself or others. Once you get used to it you see it can be pretty easy to adjust and find substitutes, but it can still be tiring to always look for new recipes or test recipes to get them just right.

I have a friend who has a garlic allergy and it is almost impossible to find fresh sausage in the grocery store that doesn’t include garlic, and often, a whole slew of other ingredients, like sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and/or MSG. This garlic-free sausage recipe is easy to make and takes only a couple extra minutes.

Chicken Sausage Recipe 2

Once you mix the sausage and spices you can shape it into patties or links or fry in crumbles. This recipe is easy to make as a double or triple batch and you can freeze it in the portions you want, either raw or precooked for easy breakfast sandwiches with these whole wheat cheddar biscuits or dinner preparations like my favorite sausage potato kale soup.
