Ham and Asparagus Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 & 1/2 cups thinly sliced carrots
  • 3 cups diced ham
  • 1 lb. asparagus
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Put carrots in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir carrots occasionally as you dice ham and add to pan.
  3. Stir and put a lid on the pan.
  4. Stir occasionally as you cut asparagus into 1 inch pieces. 
  5. Put asparagus in pan and put the lid back on. 
  6. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring once or twice.
