This meal plan is great anytime of year, but just after Black Friday shopping totals are added up and Cyber Monday is about to let loose, budget friendly meals are even more valuable. This week I am going to give you a breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu, but I am also going to do an extra menu of Thanksgiving leftovers recipes. The more leftovers you have from Thanksgiving the more budget friendly this grocery week will be.

Day 3: Scrambled eggs with asparagus and cheddar
Day 4: Cranberry Clementine Baked Oatmeal

Lunch Meal Plan
Day 1: Snack – with early dinner, late lunch
Day 2: Sandwiches, baby carrots, yogurt
Day 3: Leftover Beef Stew
Day 4: Cucumbers and hummus, pretzel sticks, applesauce, and cheese
Day 5: Sandwiches, baby carrots, yogurt
Day 6: Celery and apple slices with peanut butter, popcorn, cheese, and cookies
Day 7: Tomato Basil Soup with Grilled Cheese
Dinner Meal Plan
Day 1: Roast Beef and Gravy over mashed potatoes and veggies
Day 2: Beef Stew with Apple Oat Drop Biscuits
Day 3: Basil Chicken (with drumsticks), Easy Rice, and asparagus
Day 4: Spicy Fish Tacos
Day 5: Broccoli Soup with Cheddar Whole Wheat Biscuits
