Cranberry Ginger Jam

Ingredients

  • 112 ounce bag of fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lightly dried ginger (Gourmet Garden) or 2 tablespoons fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Chop cranberries in food processor or blender.
  2. Put all ingredients in medium sauce pan over medium heat.
  3. Stir often.
  4. Heat until thickened and cranberries are softened.
  5. Approximately 15 minutes.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
  7. Makes approximately 2 cups.
