I had the opportunity to try a month of LeBootCamp  by Valerie Orsoni for free. I have been trying to lose weight for awhile and since she doesn’t use diet pills or “diet plans” I was game to give it a try. It isn’t every day you get to try something like this for free. In the 4 weeks I tried this program I lost 5 pounds. In all honesty, I did not follow it quite to the T. It took me a few weeks to get my life schedule down with some changes in our family so that I could get the morning and evening exercise on target. I also caved to sugar a little too much. What I am saying is that even if you can’t/don’t quite get there to following the program exactly, you can still get great results from it. If that’s the case, how much  greater results can you get if you follow it exactly??!! I am incredibly happy with what I got out of it – the healthier eating habits I have established, the better ability to say no to things I shouldn’t be eating and the steady exercise I have built into my life. My body now craves that exercise where before it protested. All around I am much healthier for Le Boot Camp.

Valerie Orsoni isn’t just some lady who decided she wanted to tell us all the right way to lose weight. She has written the book “Le Personal Coach” and has coached various celebrities, helping them get fit  for various movie roles. Take the first step and get your free weight loss HERE. For slightly more information on food and exercise with this program see below.

Here are my before and after pictures. I am disappointed the pictures aren’t better quality but I had to take them with my  phone and by the time I got around to uploading them to see how bad they are, well, you can’t go back in time and re-take.

Exercise: It starts out easy, with several different fitness levels. You choose the one that best fits where you are at in life.  Each week she gives simple exercises designed to be added into your every day (busy) life, whether at the office or at home. Rather than one big chunk of time she breaks exercise up throughout the day so you stay moving and burn maximum  calories through out the day.

Food: I know, food. The biggest detractor to ME and a diet. you know I like good food, right? All you have to do is check out a few blog posts to know that. The one thing I was leery about was her “Detox” days but I was happy to see that they are very balanced and keep you pumped with energy. I really liked the “Red Boost” even though I do need to substitute the apple for something else. With the option to use a liquid or solid detox, this was appealing to me because I didn’t need to go buy a juicer in order to do it. Instead of juicing I just blended some of the fruits up into a yummy juice. Valerie has tons of delicious healthy food choices and she doesn’t hesitate to say that the ball is in your court. If something doesn’t work for your family, change it up. If you are out of an ingredient, substitute. I LOVE THAT!! I always hate when you are made to feel like not following the diet to the smallest ingredient will completely crash your momentum. I can say that I have definitely started eating much healthier meals because of the great menu suggestions. We eat less carbs at meals and  many more fruits and veggies.

Every day Valerie sends an email with helpful tips for eating and exercise. They are a great boost on days when you just think you can’t do it. The website itself takes a few minutes to navigate but with a few clicks you get your information input and you are set to go. With an easy to keep blog page to track weight, food, exercise, water and how you are feeling that day, it is great to look back over the days and weeks to see how far you have come.
