Time to implement THE MEAL PLAN again. After 2 weeks of hodge podge meals and eating at 8 PM simply because we didn’t have a dinner plan, I am back to making a monthly meal plan. I have to do this. For my sanity, and my husband’s too. Since weekends are interesting in our house I am planning Monday – Thursday meals. I am starting half way through the month so I will not go back and fill in the blanks this time but share just half a month.
