Fabulously Frugal Thursday #75

Happy Frugal Thursday! Barb, Sarah, and I are all thinking of saving money by making our own food this week.  I have been making this super easy guacamole recipe quite often the last few weeks. Do you even know how much money this will save a family when guacamole is a staple condiment in the household? “That stuff ain’t cheap at the grocery store”. Barb has a Simple Dinners: Easy Chicken Recipes for Summer that are a must for long summer days, and oh, look, Sarah is showing us how to make Peach Jam, my FAVORITE! I eat toast just to eat peach jam.

So it’s YOUR turn. What foods are you making to keep it frugal? What are you cutting to keep your budget a little slimmer? Here are some frugal features from last week to add to your list. Then leave a comment or link up your favorite frugal tips.
