Welcome to another Fabulously Frugal Thursday. Winter here on the East Coast usually means higher heating bills, which leave me feeling very UN-fabulously UN-frugal. This is especially true this year as we have had a very cold and snowy winter. It seems like the heater has been running more than not these days, and reminds me to make sure I am taking what measures I can to lower the heat bill.
