Hosting a party doesn’t have to be super labor intensive. Using pre-cooked shrimp, you can add a little spice to your party appetizers with this 3 pepper shrimp while still keeping it quick and easy. They’ll disappear from the plate in no time.
We hosted a New Year’s Eve party for my siblings for many years, and shrimp was always a staple appetizer. I’ve made these bacon-wrapped shrimp for many years and they are always a hit, sometimes but I need to keep it a little simpler. This recipe does the trick and is still a favorite.
Not only is it a great New Years’ Eve app, it’s also perfect for game day parties without the grease that most fried appetizers have. It’s so tasty, no one even notices it’s “slightly healthier.”
I start with frozen pre-cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp to make prep time quicker and easier but you can also use fresh shrimp. Just add some extra time for prep and cooking.
