I love roasted garlic. I have purchased it in several forms and always hated how much I spent for something that seemed like it must be so easy to make. It is really so simple to that I don’t know why I don’t make it more often. I made some today to put in the baba ghanoush recipe I am trying and will share with you once I get it the way I like it. Someday I want one of those garlic roasting containers but for now i will settle for aluminum foil.
Roasted Garlic
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 heads garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
- Cut tops off garlic, taking top edge of cloves off.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Wrap in foil.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
