I made Chocolate Banana Bread today using my Chocolate Banana Muffin recipe. I usually make muffins but decided to make bread. I think I will stick with muffins. For one thing it took much longer to bake. For another, the slice were naturally cut way too big! I ate half of one, which was at least ONE muffin. Portion control is much easier with muffins.
I served it on my gorgeous Villeroy and Boch I received for partnering with Share our Strength for the Great American Bake Sale. I know….crazy me. Getting all fancy just for the kids and I means another dish to clean. It also means I can get a pretty picture though.
Oh, and the topping you see? Cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk. YUM!
