  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Melt butter in 12 inch oven safe skillet on stovetop over medium high heat.
  3. Add pears and cardamom and sauté until cooked down.
  4. Meanwhile, mix together flour and salt.
  5. Then add milk and eggs.
  6. Whisk together until only small lumps remain.
  7. When pears are softened, pour batter into the pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until pancake is baked through.
