Tropical Fruit Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened yogurt
  • 4 cups frozen tropical fruit
  • 2 scoops protein powder

 


Instructions

  • Add kale and milk to the blender and puree a few minutes until the kale is well blended.
  • Add protein powder and yogurt and blend a few seconds.
  • Add frozen fruit and blend until smooth. 
  • Serve immediately.
