Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup unsweetened yogurt
- 4 cups frozen tropical fruit
- 2 scoops protein powder
Instructions
- Add kale and milk to the blender and puree a few minutes until the kale is well blended.
- Add protein powder and yogurt and blend a few seconds.
- Add frozen fruit and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
