- 1 pound ground meat of choice
- 1 16 ounce can black beans
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or monterey jack
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Rinse, drain, and mash beans.
- Mix well with burger.
- Mix in 1/4 cup salsa.
- Press into baking dish – 9×9 – 11×11
- Spread remaining salsa over top.
- Sprinkle cheese over top.
- Bake 40-45 minutes or until done.
Serves 2 adults and 3 kids.
