One of my goals for 2015 is to eat more breakfast, so I know I will be pulling recipes from the ones below to change up my breakfast routine since cereal and milk is not on my daily list. Here’s how I am going to make sure breakfast happens.

The first way I am ensuring that I eat my breakfast is to stay organized in meal planning. When I have a plan and don’t have to figure out WHAT to make, I tend to stay on track better. That’s why you will see that all my meal plans include a breakfast plan.

The second way I am ensuring I eat my breakfast is to prepare ahead as much as possible. If I make sure things are ready to go in the morning it will be easier to actually make it happen. Baked oatmeal, egg casseroles, and muffins are easy ways to do this.

The third way I am ensuring I eat breakfast is by planning it into my schedule. Instead of just eating breakfast as I work I am going to set aside a specific chunk of time in my schedule to eat breakfast.

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. How do you make sure it happens?
