Not literally baby food!! The best way I can describe yesterday’s smoothie though is “baby food”. Enough like it I won’t be making it again. It tasted fine but it was just a bit too much like baby food for me. I think the second banana was what did it in.
Baby Food Smoothie
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 fresh pineapple
- 5 apricots
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup fat free milk
Blend together and enjoy…..if you like that baby food taste and texture.
