Andouille Sausage, Potatoes, and Pepper Bake Ready to Bake

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces andouille sausage
  • 6 potatoes
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 small/1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Slice sausage into 1/2 or 1 inch pieces.
  3. Cube potatoes.
  4. Chop peppers and onions into 1 inch squares.
  5. Mince garlic.
  6. Lightly oil baking sheets.
  7. Spread andouille sausage and vegetables in single layer on baking sheets.
  8. Lightly salt.
  9. Bake approximately 40 minutes, until sausage is slightly crispy and vegetables are soft.
