  1. I have never gotten a free turkey before, but I did manage to snag one for less than $.50 a pound. These are great tips. I am always on the lookout for frugalness.

  2. Definitely a good time to buy on sale and freeze things! I also fire up the crockpot all month long and make EASY and cheap dinners and freeze half for busy December. Great tips, and I’m off to check out the Whole Foods ideas!

  3. Our local grocery store just released a sale where if you spend so much you get a free Turkey! No kidding. I’m so excited, cause we will be spending the price on our monthly shopping trip come next week! So yeah, Free Turkey!

  4. Great stuff, and let’s not forget the value of seasonal coupons! Being gluten-free means we NEED them, and so I have a BUNCH for GF stuffing ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. Very true! I have to go through coupons and try to maximize to get my free turkey and a ton more than $100 for $100. I have a coupon for 300 bonus points when I spend $100 at our new Giant PA.

    1. Good deal! I need to get to Gentile’s. Aldi has them for $0.99. They are so easy to throw into the freezer. I love to stock up and have them for winter.
