With my son’s PSSA’s 45 minutes away for half the week we will be eating a lot of throw together meals. My goal is to be prepared over the weekend for this coming week.
Breakfast – egg sandwiches
Lunch – mini white veggie pizzas
Dinner – pasta and meat sauce, roasted brussel sprouts
Breakfast – muffins and fruit
Lunch – sandwiches, fruit, veggies
Dinner – vegetable noodle soup and cornbread
Breakfast – oatmeal
Lunch – Boxed mac and cheese – Ick but son #1’s favorite “quick” lunch to celebrate the end of testing.
Dinner – vegetable stirfry with Easy Rice
Breakfast – granola
Lunch – fruit, baby carrots, pasta salad
Dinner – chicken, mashed potatoes, veggies
Breakfast – pancakes or waffles
Lunch – grilled cheese and tomato soup
