No resolutions here for me but with school starting back up in a few days I DO need to be on top of life. One of the ways I am doing that is being diligent in meal planning. This week I am just doing dinner planning but I may bring back breakfast planning too because it helped me so much before. This week I am going to try to keep it somewhat low key since adding school back into the mix makes for a rough week.
Monday – snacks for New Year’s Eve
Tuesday – Dinner at my parents
Wednesday – Chicken, rice and green vegetable
Thursday – Beef and Barley Soup, cornbread
Friday -pasta w/ vodka sauce, and cauliflower
