Easter is over, but is it time to put away the recipes? Personally I think PB Eggs are good anytime of year but today I am sharing our Easter breakfast that is really yummy any time of year. Best of all, often a local diner specialty, mine is easy and gluten-free. Here it is, my recipe for easy Cream Chipped Beef, hands down my favorite breakfast in the whole wide world.
