I know. Can you believe it? Even junk mail can save you money. When is the last time you opened up your ValPak, Clipper Magazine, Hometown Coupon magazine, or even REALLY looked at magazines you subscribe to? Did you know you could save money on anything from windows, cleaning, car repairs or maintenance, nail and hair services, Hallmark cards, entertainment and food? Here are just a few things I have found in recent days:
B1G1 free Subway
8.99 haircut at Great Clips
Free registration for day school
Free tan at Hollywood Tans
$2 off a car wash
10% off a local organic grocery store
$1 off per yard of mulch at Mulch Works
$$ off tree services
B1G1 Free at Hibachi Grill – SWEET! Going there for my birthday!!
$$ off getting leaf filters put on your gutters
$5/$25 at a nearby pet store
$20 oil change at Midas
$$ off carpet cleaning
$.55 off Eggland’s Best eggs
This is just the tip of the iceberg. You just have to look to see them. I keep all my ValPak, hometown mailers, Clipper magazines, etc. in one place so if we are going out to eat or need something random I can go through them to see what they have to offer, such as the B1G1 free Hibachi. That piece of junk mail just saved me $15-$25. I may get Ki’s hair done with a Great Clips coupon. I like summer because I can just buzz the boys’ hair but Ki wants a faux hawk again and I am just not THAT good. Another fun one would be dessert date night at TGIF – $5/$15 means a $15 after tip and tax. If it wasn’t expired now we could have taken the kids bowling for B1G1 in Oxford. I will also try to stop into Fashion Bug to get some summery shirts for a bit cheaper with that $10/$25. PLus, you never know when Egglands Best will be 1.99 a dozen. Use that .55/1 coupon and take advantage of double coupons – .89 eggs!!
