I got a membership to the gym because it was cheap. $99 for one year with no activation fee was a pretty good deal in our book, especially when you get a whole gym of equipment to use. It also means I don’t have to worry about a monthly payment since it was upfront, no refunds. I have been wanting to get into a good exercise routine and lose weight I have been gaining back so here I go! The only time I can really get to the gym is before my husband goes to work. I am not an early bird but I have been dragging myself out of bed at 4:50 AM most mornings to go to the gym. So glad for the days he doesn’t work so early.
We signed up 2 weeks ago today. Since then I only skipped the gym twice. Sunday, which is going to be my day off, and today. Today I hit the trail at a local park for yet another day of C25K. I completed Week 3, Day 2 today. It is the 3rd day in a row I didn’t skip a day. I’m skipping it tomorrow and doing every other day from here on out like I am suppose to. Running outside is way different than inside but it definitely was a little easier on my knees while I was running. However, it hurts now.
My ultimate goal is to lose 50 pounds. I will try to update each week but for now….
