What best recipes series would be complete without dessert recipes? Of course, we understand it’s the new year and everyone has decided to eat healthy, maybe cutting sugar or carbs.
I’ve found that the best recipe for success is to figure dessert days into my diet. If I try to completely cut sweets I inevitably fail. However, if I schedule one day a week as “dessert day” it is much easier to get through the other days. I have even found that sometimes it makes it better because after I made it 6 days I push myself farther.
